Sock Guide

The right socks make a difference. Functional knits, moisture transport, minimal seams, technical materials and advanced compression technology are some of the details that make your feet feel good and allow you to enjoy your training and perform optimally.

Running

Running takes a toll on your feet, socks and shoes. That's why it's extra important to have socks with reinforced sections that absorb shock and reduce friction when you run.

Our running socks have the highest comfort, maximum moisture transport and minimal seams that eliminate the risk of blisters.

They are available in all lengths, from No Show, to high socks, with or without graduated compression. The compression technology gives you more alert muscles, less training pain and better recovery. The materials we use in our running socks are Friction Relief, which reduces the risk of blisters and friction, Dri-Release, which is quick-drying and gives a dry and comfortable feeling. Reco Nylon a 100% recycled polyamide with high durability and Merinowool that keeps you warm.

Trekking

Choose your hiking socks based on your boots. A stronger boot requires stronger socks, sometimes double for the absolute best comfort when you are going to hike far and long. Our trekking socks are knitted in a combination of durable functional material and Merino wool. An unbeatable combination that provides durability, comfort and high thermal capacity.

The wool warms when it is cold even when damp - and breathes when it is hot. Creatine makes the wool naturally antibacterial, which counteracts bad odor. Several of our socks are in full terry with ribbed shafts for the best insulation and a really comfortable fit. The construction with reinforced heel and minimal toe seam minimizes the risk of chafing and blisters.

Trail running

When you run on uneven and hilly surfaces, you need socks that fit extra tight on your foot. Our Trailrunning sock is made of Dri Release; a durable and quick-drying material. It has a seamless construction to eliminate the risk of chafing. The ankle has been given extra strong rib knitting to increase stability, and the heel is V-knitted, which means it sits firmly in place.

Our high technical compression sock Running Mid Compression is quick-drying and durable. With maximum comfort, seamless construction, optimal ventilation and graduated compression, it provides optimal support during your runs.

SWIMRUN places high demands on its socks. Minimal water absorption, no expansion when wet and also a really good fit on the foot both when you swim and run. The high shaft protects your legs from lacerations from bushes and branches when trail running.

Cross-country Skiing

Our cross-country skiing socks are made from a combination of high-performance functional materials and natural Merino wool for maximum function and comfort in the ski boot.

The wool of the Merino sheep is extra fine and frizzy, which provides an exceptionally high thermal capacity. It warms when it is cold, even when damp, and breathes when it is hot.

The creatine makes the wool naturally antibacterial, which counteracts bad odor.
The sock has elastic around the arch of the foot to stay in place and is extra thin on the top of the ankle so as not to cause damage to the tongue. The seams are smooth to minimize chafing and the heel is reinforced for comfort and durability.

Alpine

Our alpine socks are developed and hard-tested in close collaboration with some of Sweden's best alpine skiers. They are knitted in a combination of high-performance functional materials and natural Merino wool for maximum function and comfort in ski boots.

The wool of the Merino sheep is extra fine and frizzy, which provides an exceptionally high thermal capacity. It warms when it is cold - even when damp - and breathes when it is warm.

The creatine makes the wool naturally antibacterial, which counteracts bad odor. Functional knitting around the ankle and arch keeps the sock in place in the ski boot. The V-shaped heel and seamless construction in the toe area minimize the risk of chafing and blisters. Our thinner alpine socks with graduated compression give you better blood circulation and are a good fit for those with tighter ski boots, and when you want extra feel and contact with the ground.
