Glide Heavy Wool
Warm Cross-Country Ski Sock in Merino Wool
Sub-zero morning. The track stretches through the forest. This is what Glide Heavy Wool was made for - the warmest sock in the Glide family. Flat knit with full terry that cushions every stride and insulates from cold ground. The Merino Wool regulates temperature regardless of pace – warm in headwinds, breathable on the climbs. Reinforced heel in polyamide for lasting durability. Knitted in Röshult.

Merino wool stays fresh naturally. Airing is often enough, as the fiber’s keratin and natural oils prevent odor and bacterial growth. Washing less often helps the garment last longer and keeps its natural performance intact.

Made in Röshult, Sweden.
In the heart of the forest in Röshult, we at Seger have been knitting socks and beanies with care since 1947. For us, every product is a craft, created with experience, precision and heart. Here you can read about the steps of the sock and beanie production.
