RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CLAIMS
At Seger, we naturally want you to be fully satisfied with your items. Therefore, you always have a 30-day open purchase period in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. The only condition is that the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging along with any accompanying accessories. Below you will find all the information required to make your return as smooth as possible.
RETURNS
Seger accepts a return if:
-The product has not been washed or used in any way and is returned in its intact original packaging.
-All labels remain attached.
-Unless otherwise stated, you may try the product to see if it fits, but you may not use it.
-The product is complete (for example, both parts of a pair must be returned).
-Always save your order confirmation and payment reference as proof of purchase. Also keep the receipt from the shipment in case the return is lost during transport.
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
-Items manufactured according to your instructions or that have been clearly personalized.
-Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened by you after delivery.
Follow the steps below to complete your return:
1. Contact our customer service at +46 (0)321-260 50 to receive a return form.
2. Fill in the return form and place it inside the original packaging together with the item you wish to return.
3. Place the return form and the item in a package that protects the product during transport—ideally the same packaging it was delivered in. Note that the product must be folded and returned in its original condition if delivered in a plastic bag.
4. Attach the return label to the package. If you use the same packaging as delivered, place the return label over the original label so it is completely covered. No old shipping documents may be visible.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service point.
6. Save the shipment receipt in case the return is lost during transport.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the steps above and then place a new order.
CLAIMS (COMPLAINTS)
All our products are inspected before being shipped—however, errors can still occur. As a consumer, you have a three-year right to make a claim. Seger follows applicable consumer legislation for all claims.
If an item you purchased has an original defect (manufacturing defect), you may file a claim. The right to claim does not cover faults or damage caused by normal wear and tear. If you are dissatisfied with your item due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage occurring during transport, please inform us as soon as possible (and no later than two months after discovering the defect).
If you wish to file a claim, follow the same steps as for a return and mark on the return form that it concerns a claim. Seger reserves the right to first attempt to repair the defect, then send a new identical flawless item, and lastly refund the amount paid for the item.
To process a claim, you must be able to prove your purchase; therefore, we recommend saving your order confirmation and payment reference.
Once we receive the item, we will examine it to determine whether the claim can be approved and decide on the appropriate action. If the claim is approved, we will of course cover all transport costs (provided the return label has been used) and the cost of sending a new or repaired item. If the claim is not approved, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged to cover our handling costs as well as shipping.
REFUNDS
When we have processed a return or claim and you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you paid by card or Swish, the amount will be refunded to the account used during purchase. You will receive your refund within 10 banking days from the approval of the return.
If you chose invoice via Klarna, you can pause the invoice at any time by logging in to the Klarna app or at klarna.com/se. If you have already paid your invoice, you must contact Klarna for the refund, as they handle this.
If you chose Klarna invoice and return part of your order, you will receive an updated invoice once the return is processed. If you return your entire order, the invoice will be cancelled.
